Bega Valley Meals On Wheels offers a range of Social Support programs, aimed at helping our clients to remain engaged in their communities and to assist with activities of everyday living. Would you like support with

• Bill Paying 
• Café, Restaurant or Movies  

​Or would you like someone to visit you regularly just for some company? ​Our volunteers offer individual assistance for the frail aged, people living with disabilities and their carers, to support your independence and well being.​
