Whether you need some meals due to health reasons or simply want a night off cooking, we are here to help.
Bega Valley Meals on Wheels delivers meals to clients in the Bega Valley from Wallaga Lake to Eden. Order from our seasonal menu with a range of tasty, nutritionally balanced, affordable meals.
Bega Valley Meals on Wheels also have Main Meal and Petite Meal Bundles available at great prices. All our meals are currently supplied frozen to ensure clients receive choice, flexibility and extended product life.

Home Care Package Clients
If you are on a Home Care Package (HCP), we can offer the best cost-effective meal solution for you. If you access our services through a Home Care Package (HCP), you pay 30% of the ingredient costs upfront. Your HCP will cover the remaining 70% for preparing and delivering your meals.
The choice of meal providers is yours. Meal Delivery
Our meal delivery is free! Thanks to our amazing volunteers, we deliver your meal and a friendly greeting right to your door once a week. You can place an order by calling us at 02 6492 4146 or by filling out our online form here. We deliver every Friday. Please place your order between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday.

Food Services - Seniors Café
Join us for a weekly dose of food, fun, and friendship at our Seniors Cafe! Each week, we offer a delightful grazing platter, a hearty hot lunch, tasty desserts, and beverages.
Our Seniors Café in Bega is open every Friday from 11 a.m. to 2.00 pm with lunch being served at 12 pm. Come in and enjoy fresh, delicious food served by the dedicated volunteers and staff of Bega Valley Meals on Wheels.
Our Café is more than just a meal—we offer a welcoming atmosphere that promotes healthy eating, good conversation, and lasting friendships. Experience the joy of sharing a meal and making connections in a friendly and supportive setting.
